非常離譜的錯誤，導致無法React項目無法創建成功，反復試了幾次都是如此給我整吐了。。。。網上搜了很多資料輸入各種指令下載各種npm包試圖修復，試了各種方法最終都無濟于事，啊啊啊啊啊啊啊啊啊快瘋了，就差卸載重裝了，最后在查找各路解決方案后發現了這個萬惡之源！！！

在C盤User找到 .npmrc 文件
然后 狠狠刪掉！
